Job Description

We are hiring an experienced **ServiceNow Developer** with strong expertise in **Project Portfolio Management (PPM)**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience building custom applications, developing integrations, customizing Service Portal and Workspace, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
• Configure and customize the **ServiceNow PPM module** to support project and portfolio management processes.
• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge management solutions.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with third\-party applications.
• Create and enhance Service Portal and Workspace/UI Builder experiences.
• Develop Flow Designer automations and Integration Hub solutions.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and other platform components.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with **ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM)** **(Mandatory)**.
• Experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integrations.
• Hands\-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience in Service Portal development.
• Expertise in Workspace customization and UI Builder.
• Strong scripting experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Script Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, and Knowledge Base development.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and platform best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Playbooks.
• Exposure to Now Assist and GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,600,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
