Job Description

GUIDZA / High Mountains is looking for a **creative, detail\-oriented, and experienced UI/UX Designer** with **1–2 years of hands\-on experience**, particularly in **User Experience (UX) Design and Mobile App Design**.

We are seeking someone who understands user behavior, mobile app functionality, user journeys, and usability. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences for both mobile applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for Android and iOS applications.
• Focus on improving overall **User Experience (UX), usability, and app navigation**.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Understand user behavior and identify pain points in mobile applications.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Improve existing app screens, navigation, and overall user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Maintain design consistency across mobile apps and websites.
• Continuously optimize the user experience based on feedback and testing.

Requirements

• **1–2 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.**
• **Strong practical experience in Mobile App UX Design is mandatory.**
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in **Figma** and prototyping tools.
• Good knowledge of Android and iOS design guidelines.
• Experience designing mobile app screens, dashboards, and interactive user flows.
• Ability to identify and solve usability issues.
• Understanding of responsive design and design systems.
• Strong creative thinking, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing **mobile app projects and UX case studies is required**.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
