\- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability\\
\- 4\-8 years of experience in B2B \& B2C sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
\- Experienced Sales Manager skilled in sales, Lead generation \& closing deals. Strong networking \& communication abilities. Proven track record in driving business growth.
\- Proven track record of Travel sales success, with experience in managing sales teams
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
\- Familiarity with Holidays and MICE products/services a plus
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
