Hospital Marketing Incharge

• *Mandatory Eligibility**

Candidates must have at least **3 years of experience as a Marketing Head or Marketing Manager in a private hospital in Pune.** Candidates from other industries, freshers, and agency\-only backgrounds should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Marketing Strategy, SOPs \& Implementation**

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans.
• Create, implement, and monitor SOPs for the digital marketing, PRO, and telecalling teams.
• Track KPIs, lead generation, patient conversions, and overall marketing performance.

• *2\. Team Management \& Oversight**

• **Digital Marketing Team:** Coordinate with the advertising agency, oversee content planning and campaigns, and control cost per lead (CPL).
• **PRO Team:** Manage field PROs and track doctor visits.
• **Telecalling Team:** Supervise three counsellors, ensure 100% of leads are called within five minutes, and conduct conversion audits.

• *3\. Doctor Relations \& Consultant Onboarding**

• Identify and onboard new consultants and develop their launch plans.
• Maintain regular communication with referring doctors.
• Plan weekly doctor broadcasts and monthly visits.
• Build and strengthen the hospital's professional referral network across Pune.
• Conduct daily field visits to GPs, gynaecologists, surgeons, and other relevant referring doctors across

Required Skills

• Proven leadership and hospital marketing management experience.
• Strong understanding of Pune's private healthcare market.
• Experience managing digital marketing, PRO, and telecalling teams.
• Expertise in doctor relationship management, consultant onboarding, and referral development.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for field visits.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
