Hospital Marketing Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase OPD consultations, admissions, diagnostic services and overall patient footfall.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, pharmacies and other healthcare referral partners.
• Develop corporate tie\-ups with IT companies, factories, construction companies, schools and other organisations for health check\-ups and medical services.
• Plan and execute health camps, awareness programmes, medical events and promotional activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's presence in the local market.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, Google Business Profile, online promotions and lead generation, in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Monitor marketing executives' daily activities, field visits, leads, conversions and performance.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets, targets and performance reports.
• Coordinate with hospital management, doctors, operations, HR and front\-office teams to implement marketing initiatives.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and patient acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns follow hospital policies, applicable healthcare regulations and ethical advertising practices.
• Achieve agreed targets for referral development, corporate tie\-ups, health camps and business growth.
