Job Description
- *Experience:** 0–3 years in field sales / daily\-visit, target\-driven roles
- *Qualification:** Any Graduate
- *Salary:** Up to ₹3 LPA \+ Performance Incentives
- *About the Role:**
We are looking for energetic, self\-driven professionals who can build strong hospital relationships and drive business through referrals.
Build relationships with doctors, CSOs, ER managers, ICU consultants \& discharge planners
Conduct structured hospital floor rounds and identify ambulance/transfer opportunities
Drive daily trip volumes and revenue from assigned hospitals
Meet doctors regularly and develop a strong referral network
Manage on\-ground operations, reporting and client communication
- *Preferred Background:**
Medical Representatives \| BFSI Sales \| Telecom/D2H \| EdTech/HealthTech \| Hospital/Diagnostic Sales
- *Freshers with a strong interest in Sales are also welcome.**
