We are expanding our hotel network and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team.

\#\#\# Job Responsibilities

\* Identify and approach hotels, resorts, guest houses, and other accommodation providers.

\* Onboard new hotel partners onto the Sypnofy.com platform.

\* Conduct hotel visits, meetings, and presentations to explain platform benefits.

\* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and managers.

\* Collect hotel details, property images, room rates, policies, and required documents.

\* Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful hotel listing and activation.

\* Follow up with hotel partners to complete onboarding and resolve queries.

\* Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and business development targets.

\* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow\-ups, and conversions. \#\#\# Eligibility Criteria

\* Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills may apply.

\* Freshers with a strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome.

\* Experience in hotel sales, travel agencies, hospitality, or business development will be an advantage.

\* Good negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship\-building skills.

\* Willingness to travel locally for hotel visits and meetings.

\* Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, email, and online platforms.
