Hotel operation cum F& B Manager

• *Job Summary**

Swirl Lifestyle LLP is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel \& Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of Sola Bistro \& Bar and Hotel Aura. The candidate will be responsible for managing hotel and restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining hospitality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency and business growth across both properties.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee daily operations of both Sola Bistro \& Bar and Hotel Aura.
• Manage hotel operations, including front office, guest relations, housekeeping, and room services.
• Supervise restaurant, kitchen, bar, and service operations.
• Coordinate with hotel and restaurant teams to ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning.
• Manage staff recruitment coordination, duty rosters, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, hygiene, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Handle customer feedback, guest complaints, and service\-related issues.
• Monitor daily sales, hotel occupancy, revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
• Ensure proper stock management, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor staff productivity and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hotel regulations, liquor licensing, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue, and overall profitability.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations.
• Previous experience handling both hotel and restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and bar operations.
• Experience in team management and multi\-property coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, revenue management, and vendor handling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage operations across two establishments.
• Flexibility to travel between locations and work as per operational requirements.
