We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and service\-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team and oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Job Description \& Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house areas.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across all hotel areas.
• Conduct regular room inspections and ensure rooms meet the hotel's quality standards before guest check\-in.
• Coordinate with the Front Office department regarding room status, guest requests, and special requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure proper allocation of duties and work schedules for housekeeping associates.
• Maintain housekeeping inventories, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Monitor the usage of cleaning chemicals and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Handle guest complaints and housekeeping\-related requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
