• *Roles \& Responsibilities: Housekeeping Supervisor**

Your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Allocate work assignments to Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house to ensure adherence to hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and courteously.
• Train, guide, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain consistent quality and service.
• Ensure all housekeeping supplies, linen, and guest amenities are well\-stocked and properly managed.
• Maintain housekeeping records such as room occupancy reports, maintenance requests, and inventory logs.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues to the Engineering department for timely repair.
• Ensure staff follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Conduct periodic training on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and guest interaction.
• Support organizing deep cleaning schedules, spring cleaning, and special projects.
• Uphold Daspan House brand values and ensure a welcoming, immaculate environment for all guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Operations Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
