HR & Admin Executive

• *Role Description** The Admin \& HR Executive is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day\-to\-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and assisting in performance management processes. The Admin \& HR Executive will handle employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. Administrative responsibilities include managing office documentation, coordinating meetings, handling basic office facilities and vendor coordination, and assisting in compliance\-related tasks. The role requires close collaboration with management and various teams to ensure smooth organizational operations and a positive work environment.

• *Qualifications**

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support core HR functions and organizational objectives.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations skills to manage daily HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to handle employee concerns, foster engagement, and support a respectful workplace.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies to ensure consistent implementation and alignment with company standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and HR documentation tools are beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams are advantageous.
• Prior experience in an administrative or HR executive role, particularly in industrial or technical sectors, will be an added benefit.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000\.00 per month
