We're looking for a dynamic **HR \& Admin Generalist** (3–5 years experience) to independently manage end\-to\-end HR operations and office administration in a fast\-growing organization.
Employee engagement \& performance review coordination
Office administration \& vendor management
Travel, assets \& procurement management
3–5 years of **HR \& Admin Generalist experience**
Hands\-on expertise in **Zoho People \& Zoho Payroll (mandatory)**
Experience managing both office and site workforce
Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution skills
Industries Preferred: **EPC \| Infrastructure \| Construction \| Manufacturing \| Renewable Energy**
