Job Description

The HR \& Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources and Administration functions of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of hiring the right people, developing employees, implementing HR policies, maintaining discipline, improving productivity, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Conduct interviews and employee selection.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Design and monitor KPI and performance appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Plan employee training and development programs.
  • Improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain complete employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.

Administration

  • Manage office and factory administration.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management.
  • Maintain company assets and office infrastructure.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee discipline.
  • Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations.
  • Develop systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and administrative reporting.
  • Manage vendor coordination and administrative purchases.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
  • Ability to build systems and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.

Qualification

  • MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
