We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR \& Marketing Manager to manage HR operations, lead marketing initiatives, and drive business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *HR Management**

• Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and attendance.
• Handle employee coordination and daily HR operations.
• Monitor employee performance and engagement.

• *Marketing \& Business Development**

• Plan and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Manage client outreach, calls, and follow\-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and business partners.
• Oversee social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Track leads, CRM records, and marketing performance.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage teams.
