Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized **HR Assistant** to support the HR and Accounts departments in daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment follow\-up, attendance management, employee coordination, outstanding payment follow\-up, and assisting with HR administrative activities.
Roles \& ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Hiring
- Follow up on manpower requirements received from departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
Attendance \& Employee Management
- Maintain daily employee attendance records.
- Monitor absenteeism, late arrivals, and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance\-related issues.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Employee Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving routine employee issues.
Outstanding Payment Follow\-up
- Follow up with customers and clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment status updates.
- Maintain records of payment follow\-ups and collection reports.
- Prepare and submit outstanding payment reports to management.
HR \& Accounts Support
- Assist the HR Generalist in daily HR operations.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee data.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports and MIS records.
- Support Accounts with administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain confidential employee and company records.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or Administration (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
