Job Description

  • *Job Summary:**

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth day\-to\-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll\-related documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
