This is an end\-to\-end HR role with a strong tilt toward Talent Acquisition (\~70%). You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and corporate roles across our 20\+ clinic network, while also supporting day\-to\-day HR operations — onboarding, documentation, compliance, and people experience.**Key Responsibilities***Talent Acquisition (\~70%)** Own end\-to\-end recruitment for clinical roles (dentists, implantologists, clinical coordinators) and non\-clinical roles (operations, admin, marketing)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, dental communities, referrals, and campus connects
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews; coordinate with hiring managers and clinic heads
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact through to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for high\-demand roles across cities
- Coordinate with clinic heads pan\-India to forecast hiring needs before they become urgent
- Track TA metrics — time\-to\-fill, offer acceptance rate, source mix
- HR Operations (\~30%)** Manage onboarding — documentation, credential verification, HRIS entry, and Day 1 readiness
- Maintain employee records; support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Handle day\-to\-day HR queries from staff across clinic locations
- Support compliance with employment contracts, MCI/state registration requirements, and labour law basics
- Coordinate exit processes — clearances, F\&F settlements, and offboarding
- Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs as the company scales
- *What We're Looking For*** 1–3 years of HR experience with meaningful hands\-on recruitment exposure
- Prior experience hiring for healthcare, dental, or clinical roles is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and basic ATS tools
- Strong communicator — able to engage confidently with doctors and senior stakeholders
- Detail\-oriented, fast\-moving, and good at following through
- Thrives in a startup environment where things move quickly and roles evolve
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- *Nice to Have*** Experience recruiting across multiple cities or for franchise/chain operations
- Familiarity with dental or medical credentialing processes
- Working knowledge of an HRMS (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.)
