HR Business Partner

We are looking for a proactive and people\-oriented **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to work closely with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will drive employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand business requirements and implement effective HR strategies.
• Address employee concerns, manage workplace grievances, and support conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, goal\-setting processes, performance reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with recruitment teams to identify manpower requirements, support workforce planning, and facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Monitor attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, identify retention challenges, and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
• Identify training needs in coordination with managers and facilitate employee development initiatives.
• Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, employee engagement, headcount, and performance to support data\-driven decisions.
• Oversee key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal movements, employee documentation, and separation processes.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or related field (Master degree preferred)
• Proven 3\-5 years experience as HR manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies \& laws, regulations \& best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS (Darwinbox preferred)
• Laptop is mandatory
