• *Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist with a strong background in the IT industry to manage end\-to\-end recruitment and core HR operations while supporting employee engagement and business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, offer negotiation, and offer release.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, timesheets, and leave administration.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee payroll queries.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations and HR queries.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and track HR metrics.
• Coordinate with managers and international HR teams on HR initiatives.
• Support training and development activities as required.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 3–5 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
• Strong hands\-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
• HR\-related certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
