#### **Role****Purpose**

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role involves driving talent management, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and practices.

#### **Key****Responsibilities**

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions to support business goals.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and drive a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
  • Partner with Learning \& Development teams to identify and address capability gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

#### **Required****Qualifications****\&****Skills**

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 6\+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Management, or Generalist HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and performance management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
