HR Business Partner – Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Requirements

• 8\+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience as HR Business Partner (HRBP)
• End\-to\-end HR operations management
• Talent acquisition and recruitment
• Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT)
• Performance management systems (PMS, KRA/KPI)
• HRIS and HR analytics
• Employee engagement and retention

Responsibilities

• \-Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
• \-Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• \-Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, POSH)
• \-Implement and manage performance management systems including goal setting and KRA/KPI
• \-Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution
• \-Design and deliver training and development programs
• \-Manage HRIS and HR analytics for data\-driven decision making
• \-Handle vendor management and HR service contracts
