H.S Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and corporate compliance requirements across construction projects and corporate offices. The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliances, audits, contractor compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Key Roles \& Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and other employee\-related compliances.
Maintain records and documentation as required under labor laws and construction industry regulations.
Monitor contractor compliance, labor licenses, registrations, and statutory submissions.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants, and legal agencies.
Conduct internal compliance audits and prepare compliance reports for management.
Track statutory due dates and ensure timely filing of returns and payments.
Ensure compliance with BOCW Act, CLRA Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act (where applicable), and other labor regulations.
Handle inspections from labor departments and regulatory authorities.
Maintain compliance dashboards, registers, and MIS reports.
