- *Location:** Navi Mumbai – Turbhe
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
- *Timings:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- *Experience:** 2–4 years
- *Qualification:** Any Graduate
We are looking for a detail\-oriented professional whose primary responsibility will be conducting aptitude\-based interviews and initial candidate assessments through video calls. The role requires strong evaluation skills, structured interviewing ability, and effective coordination to support the hiring process.
- Conduct aptitude interviews and initial candidate assessments via video calls
- Administer aptitude tests and evaluate candidate performance
- Assess candidates based on logical reasoning, communication, and basic aptitude skills
- Maintain structured evaluation reports and candidate feedback
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams
- Use Zoho or ATS tools to update candidate status and records
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience during virtual assessments
- Handle interview rescheduling and follow\-ups when required
- Support hiring teams with screening and shortlisting candidates
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to assess candidates objectively through virtual interactions
- Basic understanding of aptitude testing (logical reasoning, quantitative, verbal)
- Experience in conducting video interviews or candidate screening
- Familiarity with Zoho or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Background in HR, Psychology, or Recruitment
- Experience in bulk hiring or high\-volume screening
- Exposure to structured interview techniques
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
