The candidate will assist in attendance management, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, payroll support, and general HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Coordinate day\-to\-day HR activities and employee support.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support recruitment scheduling and interview coordination.
Prepare joining formalities and employee documentation.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records properly.
Assist in payroll and overtime data preparation.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Handle employee communication and follow\-up activities.
Assist in statutory compliance and audit documentation.
Prepare HR reports and update Excel records regularly.
Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed properly.
Assist HR department in general administrative activities.
