HR Executive

• *Position Name: HR Executive**

We are looking for an experienced **HR Executive** having expertise’s to manages HR operations of manufacturing plant.

• *Pay Range: 22000 To 28000**

• *Job Location: Aarje Texworks LLP, Surat, Gujrat.**

• *Key Responsibilities\-**

· **Payroll Management:** Process payrolls on both a bi\-monthly and monthly basis for more than 500 employees. Maintained payroll information by calculating, collecting, and entering data. Accurately calculated bonuses, salary increases, and overtime. Giving Accurate information to consultant of PF, ESIC \& PT Challan for monthly compliance.

· **Recruitment** \- Advertising vacancies, sourcing, screening, \& short\-listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.

· **HR Operations** \- Preparing various letters like offer letters, appointment letters for completing joining \& exit formalities, and documentation of employees. Manage End to end employee life cycle.

· **Proactive to learn** **processes \& activities** \- Interested to learn new activity like software, compliance, policy drafting etc.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree – Graduation / MBA \- HR
• Computer skills – MS office, Email, Job Portal
• 3–6 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
