Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and support day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and an interest in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Contact candidates, explain job requirements, and conduct initial screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain candidate databases, resumes, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with colleges and placement agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and other HR administrative activities.
• Support employee communication and general HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, email, and job portals.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple candidates.
• Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with relevant HR experience may apply.
