HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end **recruitment**, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Monitor **staff attendance, discipline and performance Management** .
• Maintain employee records and coordinate HR\-related activities.
• Handle PF ,ESI and Payroll
• Act as **Internal Maintenance Head** and ensure maintenance issues are resolved on time.
• Supervise **housekeeping staff** and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Track and complete **AMC/service renewals** before expiry.
• Coordinate with **service providers, vendors** for maintenance and repairs.
• Provide regular HR and administration updates to management.
