2\. Attendance, Shift \& Leave Management
Manage shift rosters (day/night shifts)
Track attendance, overtime, and absenteeism
Handle leave records and approvals
3\. Payroll \& Statutory Compliance
Wage calculation including overtime, incentives, and bonuses
