Job Description

  • *Experience:** 6 months \- 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities).
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Draft and maintain HR policies, employment letters, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and support hiring requirements.
  • Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Conduct induction and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance matters.
  • Maintain HR MIS and prepare monthly HR reports.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of HRMS and MS Office (Excel preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
