HR Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Operations \& Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• *Recruitment:**

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities for IT and non\-IT positions.

• *HR Operations:**

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Support employee engagement activities and general HR administration.
• Assist with employee exit formalities and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and HR tasks.
