Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage end\-to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, HRMS administration, employee engagement, and exit formalities. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment \& Onboarding \- Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow\-ups. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents. Conduct employee induction and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Employee Records \& Documentation \- Maintain and update employee files and HR records. Prepare employment\-related letters, confirmations, and certificates. Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Attendance \& Leave Management – Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and late coming through the HRMS. Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies. Maintain leave records and ensure adherence to company policies. Payroll Coordination \- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave deductions, and incentives. Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for timely salary processing. Address employee queries related to payroll and salary. HRMS Administration \- Update and maintain employee information in the HRMS. Generate reports related to attendance, leave, and manpower. Assist employees with HRMS\-related queries. Employee Engagement \& Relations \- Support employee engagement activities and celebrations. Address routine employee concerns and queries. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Compliance \& Exit Management \- Coordinate resignation formalities, exit interviews, and clearance processes. Support Full \& Final settlement documentation. Required Skills **Knowledge of end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.** Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. **Experience in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.** Hands\-on experience with HRMS and employee database management. **Good knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Strong organizational and time management abilities.** Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in maintaining records. **Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity.** Problem\-solving and employee grievance handling skills. **Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
