Job Description – Roles \& Responsibilities: Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract quality candidates Design and deliver training programs for employees across different levels Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and productivity Coordinate and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) Handle overall HR operations and generalist activities Support and execute employee engagement programs Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent qualification, experience in Human Resources .Strong exposure to HR generalist functions including: HR operations Performance management Learning \& Development Talent management Talent acquisition HR strategy and HR digitization
