Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Support employee engagement and HR administration.

CRM Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
