Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of PF and ESI procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
• Manage joining formalities and maintain employee records.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation and salary processing.
• Handle PF and ESI\-related activities and maintain the necessary records.
• Coordinate PF and ESI registration, employee details, contributions, and related documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, exit formalities, and final settlements.
• Prepare HR letters, notices, and employee communications.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding staff\-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labour law procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred. Candidates with relevant knowledge and skills may also apply.
