HR Executive

Dairy Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and people\-oriented HR Officer (Counsellor) to manage employee counselling, worker grievances, attendance, discipline, and employee engagement at its dairy/manufacturing facility in Baheri.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Counsel employees and workers regarding workplace issues, personal concerns affecting performance, and professional challenges.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
• Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
• Conduct employee induction, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Conduct regular employee interactions to understand concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve employee\-related issues.
• Maintain employee records, counselling reports, and HR documentation.
• Communicate company policies, rules, and procedures to employees.

• *Required Skills**

• Graduate in any discipline; HR, Psychology, or Counselling qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience in HR, employee counselling, or employee relations is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, dairy, or food\-processing unit will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
