HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Source and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide day\-to\-day HR support.
• Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
