HR Executive ( Digital Agency Background Only)

• *About the Role:** We are a fast\-growing digital marketing, creative, and technology agency looking for a proactive and energetic **HR \& Recruitment Executive** to drive our talent acquisition and day\-to\-day HR operations. If you are passionate about building teams, driving recruitment processes from scratch, and fostering a great company culture, this role is for you!

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment: understand hiring needs, write job postings, and source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and handle salary negotiations/offer rollouts.
• Maintain active talent pools and track recruitment metrics to minimize time\-to\-hire.
• Handle employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications:**

• 2 to 4 years of solid experience in HR or recruitment (agency or startup experience is highly preferred).
• Hands\-on experience hiring for digital marketing, sales, content, design, and tech roles.
• Strong command over job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining reports and dashboards.
