HR Executive ( Digital marketing agency )

• *2\-4 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in a fast\-paced agency setting**

• *Experience hiring for Business Development/Sales, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Video Editing, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or Performance Marketing (highly preferred)**

• *Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills**

• *Good knowledge of recruitment platforms Excellent communication and follow\-up skills Ability to manage multiple open positions at once Good Excel/Google Sheets skills**

• *A professional, confident, and approachable personality**

Pay: Up to ₹480,000\.00 per year
