HR Executive

• *We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process. Your main goal is to find the right talent for our hospital and ensure they have a smooth start.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Job Posting:** Create and post job advertisements on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.

• *Sourcing:** Search for qualified candidates (Nurses, Doctors, and Admin staff) through databases and referrals.

• *Interviewing:** Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule face\-to\-face meetings with department heads.

• *Onboarding:** Handle all joining formalities, including document collection, background checks, and staff orientation.

• *Database Management:** Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

• *Education: MBA\-HR .**

• *Skills: Strong communication in Tamil and English.**

• *Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and job portals.**

• *Experience: 1 Year.**
