- *Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Recruitment \& Onboarding \- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Employee Relations \- Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Support in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and disputes. Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records on HRM. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR\-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies.
- Supervising the admin tasks of the organization. For this, micro\-management skills are required with proactive attitude.
- *Qualifications:** B.Com, BBA, MBA
- *Years of Experience:** 1\+ years as HR Recruiter \& Admin
- *Skills \& Personality Attributes:**
- Proven experience in an HR Recruitment and admin role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
