Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience across core HR functions and must be proficient in **KEKA HRMS**. This role requires someone who can independently manage HR operations while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Important: Hands\-on experience with KEKA HRMS is mandatory. Candidates who have not worked on KEKA HRMS are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation using **KEKA HRMS**.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave reconciliation, and employee lifecycle activities through KEKA.
  • Draft HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee\-related documents.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.**
  • **Mandatory:** Hands\-on experience using **KEKA HRMS** for attendance, leave management, employee records, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an EdTech or startup environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
