We are looking for a proactive **Talent Acquisition \& HR Operations Executive** who can build a strong hiring pipeline, ensure smooth onboarding, and support HR operations across all branches.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for all company positions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule final interviews with department heads.
  • Coordinate interview rounds and maintain candidate communication.
  • Ensure timely hiring for urgent branch requirements.

Recruitment Targets

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct 30–50 interviews every month.
  • Close open positions within the defined hiring timeline.
  • Maintain backup candidates for frequently hired roles.

HR Operations

  • Prepare and issue Joining Letters, Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, Warning Letters, PIP Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
  • Collect and maintain employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support attendance and leave management.
  • Conduct exit interviews and complete exit formalities.

Employee Engagement

  • Follow up with newly joined employees during their probation period.
  • Coordinate with branch managers regarding staffing requirements.
  • Monitor employee retention and share improvement suggestions.
  • Help maintain a positive work culture across all branches.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly hiring targets achieved.
  • Time\-to\-fill open positions.
  • Interview\-to\-joining conversion ratio.
  • 90\-day employee retention rate.
  • Documentation accuracy.
  • Candidate experience and communication quality.
  • Recruitment pipeline readiness.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi \& English).
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms.
  • Organized and detail\-oriented.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Excel, and HR documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication and learning ability may also apply.
