\- Drive end\-to\-end recruitment \& onboarding

\- Manage HR operations: payroll, attendance, employee records

\- Support employee engagement and day\-to\-day HR functions

\- Ensure compliance \& smooth HR processes

\- 2\+ years of HR experience (Recruitment \& Ops)

\- Strong communication \& multitasking skills

\- Proficiency in MS Office \& HR tools
