Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Executive** with 1–2 years of experience in the **Food Manufacturing** industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, statutory HR documentation, and supporting day\-to\-day HR operations. Candidates residing in **Angamaly or nearby locations** will be given preference.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Assist in payroll inputs and maintain HR\-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain HRMIS and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Support performance management and training activities.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **1–2 years of HR experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.**
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• **Food Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.**
• **Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.**
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
