• *Urgent Hiring: HR Team Leader (Calling Process)**

Are you an expert in managing calling teams and looking to earn up to ₹3,00,000 per month? We are seeking a dynamic HR Team Leader for our inbound/outbound telecalling team.

• *• Job Role \& Responsibilities:**

Team Building: You will need to recruit and build a strong team of 40 telecallers/calling staff under your supervision.

Team Management: You will be responsible for managing their daily calling targets, lead conversions, and call quality.

Budget \& Salary: The company will provide you with a fixed total budget of ₹3,00,000 per month. Out of this ₹3 Lakh budget, you will decide and distribute the salaries for your 40 calling staff. The remaining amount will be your own net profit/salary.

Control Over Salaries: You have the complete authority to decide each caller's salary based on their talent (e.g., ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 per caller \+ incentives).

Management Ownership: You get total freedom to build and drive your own high\-performing calling team to deliver results

Candidates with at least 1–2 years of experience in managing a Telecalling Team, BPO, or Customer Care team.

Individuals who excel at sourcing, hiring, and retaining good calling staff within the allocated budget.
