Job Description

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and maintain HRIS/HRMS data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and employee updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support the performance management and appraisal process.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and day\-to\-day HR support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare HR letters, such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and relieving letters.
  • Assist with employee exit formalities, including exit interviews and full\-and\-final settlement coordination.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment, attendance, and employee data.
  • Support policy implementation and communicate HR policies across the organization.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure professional HR practices.
  • Collaborate with department managers to fulfill manpower requirements and support workforce planning.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
