Job Description
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and maintain HRIS/HRMS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and employee updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support the performance management and appraisal process.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day\-to\-day HR support.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR letters, such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and relieving letters.
- Assist with employee exit formalities, including exit interviews and full\-and\-final settlement coordination.
- Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment, attendance, and employee data.
- Support policy implementation and communicate HR policies across the organization.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure professional HR practices.
- Collaborate with department managers to fulfill manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
