HR Executive (Generalist)

Position: HR Executive

Location: Angamaly , Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1 Years

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Industry Preference: Food Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.

\- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.

\- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

\- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

\- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

\- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

\- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

\- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.

Required Skills

\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

\- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

\- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.

\- Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.

Qualification

\- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

\- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

\- Candidates from Angamaly or nearby locations will be given preference.

\- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,645\.80 \- ₹22,359\.15 per month
