HR Executive (Generalist)

Aves Digital Agency is hiring an HR Executive cum Admission Counselor for our Digital Academy. This is a dual role. You will convert student course enquiries into admissions, and you will also handle day\-to\-day HR work such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records. It suits someone who is good with people, confident in sales conversations, and organized enough to manage HR tasks.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Admission Counselling (primary focus)*

• Call and follow up with student enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and walk\-ins
• Understand each student’s background and goals, and recommend the right course
• Explain course content, fees, duration, and career outcomes clearly
• Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Maintain a daily lead tracker with call status and follow\-up dates

• HR \& Administration*

• Post job openings, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates by phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Handle onboarding and maintain employee records and documentation
• Track attendance, leave, and routine HR administration
• Support a positive work environment and employee engagement

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp follow\-ups
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Sheets, email)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; sales, tele\-calling, or HR experience is a plus
