Job Description

  • *Designation: HR Executive**
  • *Job Overview:**

We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The HR Executive will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, Employee onboarding and off\-boarding, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance of HR practises. The HR Executive will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

  • *Roles \& Responsibilities:**
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and HRMS in line with business goals.
  • Structure the organization to optimize efficiency across all departments.
  • Manage the HR budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including job descriptions, hiring processes, and candidate selection.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Plan and execute training and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records as per legal and company requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievance redressal, and workplace investigations.
  • Manage employee exit processes, including final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Maintaining HR data and generating reports for management.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

  • *Qualifications:**
  • 2\+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the construction / real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
  • *Job Location:** Ambegaon Budruk, Pune

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
