- **Recruiting :** Oversees end\-to\-end hiring, including job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
- **Onboarding \& Orientation :** Conducts new\-hire orientations, manages joining formalities, and ensures smooth integration into company culture.
- **Payroll \& Benefits :** Coordinates monthly payroll inputs, tracks attendance and leave.
- **Employee Relations:** Acts as the first point of contact for employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- **Statutory compliance:** Develops, updates, and implements workplace policies while ensuring the organization adheres to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- **Data \& Record Management:** Maintains accurate employee databases, handles confidential information, and generates HR metrics to support management decisions.
